As promised, here is an update with the result on the survey from the previous post:
Not too many people participated on the survey. There was a total of 5 respondents (2 architects, 1 project manager, 1 business analyst, and 1 consultant).
Out of all the respondents, 2 identified themselves as implementing SOA while the rest were in post implementation (basically had a few services in production).
All were involved in SOA Governance. 1 had some experience and 4 didn't have any experience with SOA Portfolio Management. None had integrated SPM it in the SOA governance model.
